Description

Ferns gathered from the wild, preserved in their original hues, and set within a lacquered form.
An encounter between two enduring elements—nature and craft—held in balance. A moment of stillness, shaped into an object.
True Color Preservation

Each fern is carefully processed over more than 100 hours—trimmed, arranged, pressed, and dried—before being preserved using our proprietary color-lock technique.
Unlike conventional specimens that fade within days, these retain their natural hues with remarkable fidelity. Over time, they evolve subtly, much like lacquer itself.
Why It’s Unique

The first to bring preserved botanical specimens into a lacquer vessel.
A union of living color and enduring material.
Craft

Formed through layers of lacquer and refined by repeated hand polishing.
What appears matte reveals a softness to the touch—subtle, controlled, and unexpected.
Tactile Experience

Matte in appearance, yet smooth as skin.
A quiet contrast between sight and touch.
Material Note

Natural lacquer, derived from the lacquer tree, forms a surface of exceptional durability and longevity. Used for thousands of years, it endures time with quiet strength.
Gold Detail / 金箔细节

18K gold leaf, set within lacquer—permanent and untarnished.
Use

Place a kenzan at the center, arrange stems as desired, and fill with water.
A functional object, quietly bringing nature indoors.
Packaging

Solid wood, engraved with botanical motifs—made to be kept.
